Terms and conditions

Returned items must not show signs of wear, damage, or tears.
Each item must be returned with the original labels, packaging, and accessories (packaging, boxes, etc.) received with the order. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Each component received must be considered part of the original order.
In the case of defective goods or if the shipment does not correspond to the order confirmation sent by email by AFFI WINE BAR, you are required to follow the same instructions above. AFFI WINE BAR reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.
If the returned products do not comply with the above points, AFFI WINE BAR reserves the right to charge 10% of the value of the returned goods in cases where the return does not comply with all the terms and conditions set out in the returns policy.

AFFI WINE BAR reserves the right not to accept unauthorized returns or returns shipped with carriers other than the carrier specified on the RMA form. Acceptance of such returns will still incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
By accessing the AFFI WINE BAR website, users accept all the conditions contained in the points listed in the legal notes.
In the event of the customer's absence on two consecutive occasions, AFFI WINE BAR reserves the right to collect the package and refund the customer, retaining the shipping and storage costs.
RETURNS

If the customer is not satisfied with the products purchased, the items can be returned for a voucher or refund within 10 days of receipt of the order.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Returns must be requested and authorized, and the customer must send a request to info@affiwinebar.it within 5 days of receipt of the order.
The Customer must specify in the email the codes of the items they wish to return and the type of refund they desire: voucher or partial refund. AFFI WINE BAR will send a confirmation email containing the return authorization number (R.A.N.).

Items must be returned exclusively through the courier specified by AFFI WINE BAR, following the instructions received at the time of the return request. The document must be completed as indicated in the authorization email received from the AFFI WINE BAR Returns Department.

If you choose to return the product for a “purchase voucher,” there will be no cost or penalty. Returns are only allowed for the same item.
If the desired product or color is no longer available, you can always opt for the voucher. It is not possible to exchange the product for a different item.

The “voucher”:

can only be used once, STRICTLY within 5 months of the date of return, otherwise it will be forfeited.
cannot be combined with other “vouchers”
must be used in full in an order of equal or greater value
If you decide to return the products to obtain a full refund of your purchase, a fixed shipping fee of €10.00 will still be charged, and this amount will be deducted from the final refund due. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN provided at the time of the return request or via PayPal, after verification of the integrity of the goods received, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.

Returned products must be received at the AFFI WINE BAR headquarters within 10 days. 

PRICES AND CURRENCIES

The prices of the items contained in your orders are expressed in Euros.

Some items, at the discretion of AFFI WINE BAR, are excluded from promotions, vouchers, and discount coupons as they are considered unique or rare items.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

When the order is shipped, AFFI WINE BAR sends its Customers an email containing the shipment number provided by the courier.

All items on shop.affiwinebar.it are linked to a centralized computer system that calculates their availability in real time. However, in some cases, there may be anomalies in finding the item selected by the customer. In all these particular cases, AFFI WINE BAR will promptly notify the customer.
