VIN DE LA NEU "JOHANNITER" 2018 VIGNETI DELLE DOLOMITI 1500 ML
Free shippingIn 2012, Nicola Biasi chose to launch his ambitious project by uprooting his family's apple orchard in Val di Non and planting a cryptogam-resistant grape variety, Johanniter. This white grape variety was established in 1968 at the Freiburg State Institute of Viticulture in Germany. This innovative, yet risky, experiment quickly bore fruit, resulting in a great wine that has sparked countless successes and unique emotions.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: The wine is clear, brilliant, and lemon yellow in color with greenish highlights.
Nose: The intensity of the aromas is high but never overbearing. Hints of citrus are evident, along with herbaceous notes of cut hay and white flowers.
Palate: The wine is dry, characterized by high acidity that ensures dynamism and easy drinking, making it both lean and vibrant. The aromas perceived on the nose are also present on the palate. The wine is savory and has a decidedly mineral finish.
