TASTING NOTES
It has a golden straw color. The nose is complex, with mineral notes, aromatic herbs, and a toasty finish. On the palate, it is voluminous, structured, and has a very pronounced acidity. The aromatic finish is very long.

Pairings range from oysters and shellfish to rich main courses, perhaps with an Asian or Indian touch, and aged goat cheeses. Also worth trying with Vietnamese cuisine for a sophisticated multi-ethnic wedding.
