TASTING NOTES

Giovanni Avanzi’s Lugana di Sirmione is produced in the hamlet of Lugana in the municipality of Sirmione, right in the heart of the appellation. It is made from the exceptional Turbiana grapes grown in our most prestigious vineyard.
Color: Straw yellow with greenish highlights
Aroma: Floral; in some vintages, a characteristic scent of banana and/or peach
Taste: Savory, fresh, with a bitter almond aftertaste
Serving temperature: 9°C

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Pasta with sea bass, risotto with tench, and spring risottos made with vegetables and wild herbs. Magnificent with prosciutto, but also ideal as an aperitif for its pleasant freshness
