TASTING NOTES
Very elegant aromas with notes in perfect symbiosis with the well-defined fruit; dense structure and balanced body on the palate, supported by a well-balanced, perfectly integrated acidity; a Sauvignon of very fine style. The wine demonstrates excellent potential for aging: at least twelve to fifteen years.

It pairs well with soups and broths. We recommend serving it at 16-18°C.
