Umami is a young company located between the Langhe and Roero regions, specializing in the production of black garlic and black shallots, as well as innovative vinegars, made using traditional methods and the highest-quality Italian ingredients.
Umami Tomato Vinegar is obtained by carefully acetifying the juice of fresh, ripe tomatoes. Only Italian tomatoes are used. A fruity vinegar with the flavor of confit tomatoes, it finds its place in all Mediterranean cuisines, with meat, fish, and rich salads.
