Giusti vermouth is artisanally produced with a selection of Italian white and red wines, including Lambrusco, flavored with 19 botanicals, including spices, bitter roots, and medicinal herbs, and sweetened with Saba, cooked grape must.
It is then slowly aged in antique balsamic vinegar barrels from the Giusti vinegar factory, the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.

Ingredients: Wine (grapes, preservatives: sulfites), sugar, alcohol, water, infusions and extracts of herbs, spices, and aromatic plants, "Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI" (cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains sulfites). Coloring: plain caramel. Preservatives: sulfites.

Aging: Aged 4 months in old balsamic barrels

Food pairings: Enjoy it with an ice cube as an aperitif or digestif, accompanied by a twist of orange peel. It's the perfect ingredient for classic cocktails like the Negroni and the Americano.

Tasting notes: Sweet, rounded, and enveloping, with woody notes and specific balsamic aromas complemented by aromas of marjoram, thyme, and nutmeg. Aging in old barrels imparts spicy and balsamic notes.
