TRENTO DOC BRUT 2019 RISERVA 1500 ML

Bongiovanni is a family-run farm founded in Avio, at the foot of Sabbionara Castle, nestled between the stunning mountains of Trentino and Lake Garda. The farm is run by Lorenzo, a winemaker who oversees every step of the process: from the vineyard to the bottle. He works tirelessly in the vineyards, doing everything by hand, without forcing production, and limiting the use of pesticides, fertilizers, and anything else that might affect the natural balance of the vines. 

TASTING NOTES
A classic method sparkling wine from Trentino made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes. This blanc de blanc ages on the lees for at least 24 months. A harmonious, full-bodied sparkling wine with a dry finish.

An excellent aperitif wine, but also pairs well with all types of fish.
