TASTING NOTES

From a selection of grapes from our vineyards in Arco and Nago-Torbole, located just a few kilometers from the winery and caressed by the winds of Lake Garda, comes a single-vintage, pure Chardonnay aged on the lees for over 40 months. A fragrant Trentodoc, characterized by notes of bread crust, honey, vanilla, and dried fruit.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Excellent throughout the meal, it finds its gastronomic appeal with seafood. Try it with Japanese cuisine, and it is at its best with a seafood risotto.
