Founded by Andrea Pasini in 1958 and still family-run today, Pasini San Giovanni, now run by the third generation of winemakers, expresses the unmistakable harmony of Lake Garda in every bottle, thanks to its estate-owned vineyards between Valtènesi and Lugana, on the Brescia shore of Lake Garda. Supported by a photovoltaic system since 2009 and guided by the experience of carbon footprint calculations, the winery and the entire company management strive to respect the environmental biological balance. Since 2014, Pasini San Giovanni has been fully organic in its vineyards.

From the organic Turbiana grape vineyards, grown on the clay soils of the southern shore of Lake Garda, comes Sopravento, an elegant white wine, savory and mineral, striking for its dynamic freshness and clear, fruity texture. Fragrant when young, it gains depth with age.
