Pesto alla Genovese is made according to the traditional recipe using exclusively PDO basil. Processing takes place within hours of harvesting to preserve all the plant's properties. Our pesto is unpasteurized.
Use Pesto alla Genovese to enjoy fantastic pasta dishes, perfect with Linguine, Tagliatelle, Tagliolini, and Lasagna.
Serve cold, adding a little cooking water and a drizzle of oil to the pasta; it's also excellent added to minestrone soup.
Ingredients: Olive oil, PDO Genovese basil (26%), Grana Padano cheese (milk, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme, salt), Pecorino Romano cheese (milk, rennet, salt), garlic, cashews, salt, pine nuts. Acidity regulator: citric acid. May contain fish, peanuts, and tree nuts.
