NORMA SAUCE 200 GR

Ready-to-serve sauce inspired by a Sicilian recipe with eggplant and tomatoes. Rich, aromatic, and ready to serve: heat the sauce in a pan for 2–3 minutes, add the al dente pasta, and toss well. 200g jar, serves 2.

Perfect with short pasta like mezze maniche or maccheroni, but also spaghetti if you prefer: just a few ingredients are all you need for an authentic dish.

INGREDIENTS: Tomato puree 60%, fried eggplant (eggplant, sunflower oil) 30%, sheep’s milk ricotta (sheep’s milk whey, sea salt) 9%, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, basil 0.2%. Tomato origin: Italy. GLUTEN-FREE.
