Prepared according to the original Bolognese recipe, our Historic Bolognese Ragù is made with only the finest beef, a little tomato, and plenty of vegetables. The long, low-heat cooking process preserves the flavors of each ingredient for a pleasantly smooth finish reminiscent of country life.
Historic Bolognese Ragù is ideal for serving soft polenta. After heating the contents of the jar to taste, pour it over hot polenta and serve with a generous sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano for a rich and flavorful dish.
Alternatively, you can use it as a pasta sauce.
