CULATELLO SAUCE 200 GR
The Culatello Sauce is made using one of the most famous Italian cured meats from the Parma province. It's a flavorful sauce with sweet notes.
Easy to use as a pasta sauce, simply warm a jar of sauce in a large skillet. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the skillet and toss until the sauce is well coated. A 200g jar is enough for 2-3 servings.
INGREDIENTS:
Tomato puree, culatello 17% (pork, salt, pepper, garlic), prosciutto 10% (pork leg, salt), milk, cream, extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrot, onion, double tomato paste, butter, Cervia sea salt.
