Made with the prized meats of the Modena White Cow and the Romagnola Pig, the ragù we offer combines the finest meats and premium ingredients to bring exceptional quality to your table. The choice to combine two different cuts of meat was made to highlight the characteristics of both breeds. They share the common characteristic of being protected by their respective consortia due to the continuing decline in their numbers. Currently, projects are underway to promote and protect this animal. They also share the same breeding area: the White Cow is characteristic of the province of Modena, while the Romagnola Pig is currently raised across a wider area, especially in the provinces of Ravenna, Forlì, Bologna, and Modena.
To further enhance the flavor of this already delicious meat, we add Emilia-Romagna tomatoes and Cervia sea salt to our ragù.
INGREDIENTS: Tomato puree, Bianca Modenese beef (31%), Mora Romagnola pork (16%), extra virgin olive oil, double tomato paste, carrots, golden onion, celery, raw ham (pork, salt) (3%), Cervia sea salt. GLUTEN-FREE.
