Made using the traditional Valpolicella technique, where all the grapes are naturally dried for approximately 100-120 days.
The result is a majestic wine on the palate, with great body and roundness.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
In traditional cuisine, it pairs perfectly with Amarone risotto, but otherwise requires flavorful, structured dishes. It also pairs excellent with aged cheeses.
