The Franchini winery was founded in Negrar di Valpolicella, in the heart of the Valpolicella Classica region. In the small Corte Forlago estate, the Franchini family has continued its winemaking tradition for generations. The bottles, produced in limited quantities, are numbered and individually hand-wrapped, a family tradition dating back to Giuliano Franchini's grandfather, Emilio.

'Azzardo' is a well-structured wine with an intense and complex aroma, featuring distinct notes of ripe red fruit, especially cherry. On the palate, it is soft, warm, persistent, and pleasantly balanced. It pairs perfectly with all meat dishes, roasts, game, and very mature cheeses.
