Parmigiano Reggiano Cream is made exclusively with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, without the addition of other cheeses. A versatile and tasty product, always ready to use in countless recipes, from first courses to appetizers, from main courses to side dishes.

To best enjoy Parmigiano Reggiano Cream, toast some bread or warm some tigelle and spread the room-temperature cream on the warm base. This will make an excellent appetizer, fragrant, tasty, and very quick. For a delicious first course, use Parmigiano Reggiano Cream as a filling for tortelli tossed in a pan with thin strips of Modena or Parma ham. One 90g jar is enough for about 2 servings.
