This crostini is a historic Tuscan institution: prepared according to the most traditional recipe, it's eaten strictly without cutlery, accompanied by excellent bread.

A classic appetizer, excellent spread on toasted bread or crostini. A great classic served with cured meats and pickles.

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken livers 67%, red onion, extra virgin olive oil, capers (capers, wine vinegar, salt), butter, anchovies, Cervia sea salt.
