ORECCHIETTE DI SEMOLA DI GRANO DURO 500 GR

A typical pasta from the Puglia region, it takes its name from its characteristic shape, reminiscent of small ears.

Made with a semolina dough made from a blend of selected durum wheat and water, orecchiette are typically served with turnip greens, but they also pair perfectly with a tomato sauce and strong sheep's milk ricotta.
