Pojer & Sandri's Grappa di Traminer is the queen of aromatic grappas, made from Gewürztraminer pomace, distilled using an innovative artisanal method in small batches using a bain-marie pot still. It ages for approximately six months. A smooth grappa, crystalline white in color, it has a very intense aroma of rose petals and spices, typical of the grape variety. Its flavor is soft and aromatic, composed and rounded.
