GRAPPA DI PINOT NERO 48° 500 ML

Pojer e Sandri's Pinot Noir Grappa is undoubtedly the most elegant of the red grape pomace grappas. It is obtained from Pinot Noir pomace, distilled using an innovative artisanal method in small batches using a bain-marie pot still. It ages for approximately six months.

TASTING NOTES

Crystalline white grappa. Ethereal, ample, and well-defined aroma. Reminiscent of Marasca cherries. The flavor is typically clean and rather bold, yet not discordant.
