TASTING NOTES
A dark, impenetrable ruby red color with a slight purple hue. Clean and harmonious, the nose presents ripe fruit with notes of cherries preserved in alcohol. The sweetness immediately envelops the palate, giving way to a good acidity with notes of cooked cherry jam and currants. A soft, warm finish.
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
A dessert wine for pastries and dark chocolate; but also worth trying with some aged cheeses. Or simply a meditation wine.
