TASTING NOTES

It has an intense golden color with light amber highlights. The perlage is fine, abundant, and consistent. The nose is impressive: pungent yet pleasing notes of ripe fruit, toasted almonds, and pecans. Dried flowers and other toasted fruits. On the palate, the freshness is still good, combined with an excellent balance. The mineral note is clearly perceptible, with good aromatic persistence. A mature wine, at the peak of its evolution.
