50% Chardonnay - 25% Pinot Noir - 25% Pinot Meunier

TASTING NOTES
The Cuvée La Jolie Fillette reproduces the painting "La Promenade." This Brut Premier Cru is made with 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, and 30% Pinot Meunier grapes.
The color is bold but not overly intense. The aromas expand as soon as I pour it into the glass. Apricot, pineapple, bread crust, melted butter, and citrus. They unfold in succession, without much pause. The palate is dry but well-balanced. There's plenty of pineapple, plenty of citron, a bitter note of yellow grapefruit, and freshly melted butter.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
Excellent as an aperitif with small amuse-bouche, fish tartare, or shellfish.
