Pojer & Sandri's 30-Year-Old Brandy is a dream born in the 1980s in France. Made from Schiava and Lagarino pomace, this brandy is distilled using a bain-marie pot still and aged for 10 years in oak barrels and another 20 years in stainless steel. It is a bright, golden, amber-colored brandy. Despite its 30 years, the aromas evoke fresh fruity notes of white peach, apricot, citrus, mandarin, and bergamot, on a background of sweet spices (vanilla, cocoa, and cinnamon). The flavor is refined and smooth, with a rich texture and an unusual sweetness considering the absence of sweeteners. Fruity notes of apricot cream, hints of camphor and menthol. The 30-Year-Old Brandy is perfect as an after-dinner drink, ideal for a moment of conviviality or meditation.
