TASTING NOTES
A brandy with a yellow, golden, and amber color. Despite its age, the aroma remains fruity, with hints of quince, apricot, and prune. Pastry notes are also present: vanilla, cocoa. It has an elegant, warm flavor. The perceived notes are fully expressed, and the nose is smooth despite the complete absence of sugar, sweeteners, and caramel.
