LA FIASCHETTA DI PATRIZIA - RISERVA DI FAMIGLIA 40 ML

This collection is inspired by the Modenese custom of giving and sharing one's family reserve with relatives and friends. As is tradition, these refined cruets, containing a sweet, delicate, and dense condiment, are hand-finished and sealed with string and red sealing wax.

Ingredients: Cooked must from late-ripened grapes dried on racks; aged wine vinegar

Aging: In oak barrels, disused from wineries

Tasting Notes: The aromas of plum jam intertwine with the sweet notes of vanilla, creating a delicate and enveloping aromatic bouquet

Food Pairings: Ideal with fresh pasta, stuffed pasta, grilled meat, fruit salad, and desserts
