This collection is inspired by the Modenese custom of giving and sharing one's family reserve with relatives and friends. As is tradition, these elegant cruets, containing a sweet, delicate, and dense condiment, are hand-finished and sealed with string and red sealing wax.
Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI 50% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains SULPHITES.
Aging: In oak barrels, decommissioned from wineries.
Food Pairings: Ideal with fresh pasta, stuffed pasta, grilled meat, fruit salad, and desserts.
