ANFORINA RISERVA DI FAMIGLIA 100 ML

This collection is inspired by the Modenese custom of giving and sharing one's family reserve with relatives and friends. As is tradition, these elegant cruets, containing a sweet, delicate, and dense condiment, are hand-finished and sealed with string and red sealing wax.

Ingredients: Cooked must from late-ripened grapes dried on racks; aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques with the addition of already-aged balsamic vinegar drawn from a series of centuries-old barrels.
Pairings: Fresh pasta dishes, fillets and slices of fine meat. Fresh and herbaceous cheeses. Fresh fruit and desserts.
