Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP from Organic Grapes is obtained from a blend of cooked grape must and wine vinegars sourced exclusively from organic farming. The product is aged in oak barrels dedicated exclusively to the maturation of Organic Balsamic Vinegar. It is a full-bodied product with an excellent flavor, with an enveloping and persistent taste. The quality of this vinegar is largely due to the high quality of the grapes and vinegar used, all of which are of Italian origin.
Appearance: Clear with a marked density.
Color: Deep brown with reddish reflections.
Aroma: Pleasantly acetic with sweet notes of must and hints of fine wood.
