Liquore delizioso, elegante e aromatico. Proveniente dalla ricetta tradizionale a base di alcool purissimo, zucchero, acqua e semi di anice sapientemente miscelati. I semi vengono messi in infusione a freddo in alcool. L'anice stimola l'appetito e favorisce la digestione, per questo è consigliato a fine pasto. Ottimo sia liscio che aggiunto al caffè.
