Guasare is a rare variety and the mother of all Criollo varieties. It has been cultivated at the Domori plantation in Venezuela since 2002. Among chocolate connoisseurs, it is known for its finesse and its aromatic notes of dried fruit and honey. This is a Criollo executed to perfection.
